Visitors are requested to make payments only in company accounts.

Safari Gate will be booked as per the availability. Any of the gates can be allotted according to the selected zones.

Travelers can pay 50% advance for hotels/resorts to hold the booking on a confirmed basis & the rest 50% amount will be settled at the time of check-in. However, for safari, 100% amount needs to be paid in advance.

Travelers can pay 100% amount to confirm Tadoba Safari Booking and enjoy more discount benefits.

Travelers agree to pay all statutory taxes, surcharges, and fees, as applicable.

In all hotels, base category rooms will be provided from our side.

In case you want an upgrade of the room then it will cost extra and pay the hotel directly for this.

Customers have to wait for a minimum 24hr for booking confirmation after filling out the form and paying the amount. Booking Vouchers will be sent to you by email, WhatsApp, SMS, or by Hard Copy.

The time of check-in inside the hotel booked by our website is 12:00 noon and check-out time is at 11:00 AM.

The itinerary given on the website is a standard itinerary, in which we tell you what you can do on your trip or what your trip will be like. Check the inclusions and exclusions to see what is included in your package and what is not. For extra services, you can talk to customer care. We provide the demanded service pr customize the package according to customers on extra payment.

Please make sure to enter the correct age of passengers at the time of booking. Passengers furnishing incorrect age may have to face a penalty at the time of travelling

In case of the non-availability of rooms in the mentioned hotel, we shall provide a similar standard hotel.

In case of 3 persons, 1 room with 1 extra mattress will be provided in the booked hotel.

Any changes in Govt. taxes, hotel charges, safari charges, etc will be informed by mail or phone before the traveling date.

We do not guarantee any zone or area, the zone is subject to availability. We can change the zone of your safari anytime according to the availability, the customer can not claim any specific area, zone, or gate booking.

The company will not be responsible for any accident, loss/theft, or damage of luggage.

If the customer does not make the balance payment or any dues or is unable to do so, his advance payment will be forfeited and all services will be stopped.

We reserve the right to make itinerary and safari changes as operational or other circumstances require.

The rates that we have mentioned for the package or safari are not valid for long weekend festivals like New Year, and Christmas,etc.
Plan Changes & Travel Rules
In case if you are postponing or cancelling your tour/travel due to any unavoidable reasons, you must inform us in writing. Please make sure that cancellation charges are effective from the next day we receive your mail in writing, also date of the tour/safari is not counted. The following cancellation policy would be applicable:
- 30 days prior to arrival - 20% of the tour cost.
- 15 days to 29 days prior to arrival - 30% of the tour cost. (excluding Gypsy Safari Cost)
- 07 days to 14 days prior to arrival - 40 % of the tour cost. (excluding Gypsy Safari Cost)
- 02 days to 06 days prior to arrival - 50% of the tour cost. (excluding Gypsy Safari Cost)
- Less than 48 hours or no show - NO REFUND.

For any cancellation of Tour/Cab/Safari/Hotel Bookings etc, you have to inform us in writing on the given email cancellation@junglesafariindia.in, cancellation email sent to any other email will not be valid or acceptable.

Important Note: In case your safari is not booked due to reasons like technical error or non-availability of seat, we will refund the whole amount in your given bank account. The same would be communicated accordingly.

In case of peak season - weekends or weekdays (Holi, Diwali, X'Mas & New Year) hotels/resorts booking separate cancellation policy is applicable (which would be advised as and when required).

Our Liabilities and Limitations: Please note that after you finalize the tour/service cost and in case there are any hikes in permit fees of safaris/museums, taxes, fuel costs, or guide charges decided by the Govt of India, the same would be charged as extra.

Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels, closure of / entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we will not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this.

In case of dispute, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
