In case you are postponing or cancelling your tour/travel due to any unavoidable reasons, you must inform about it to Jungle Safari India in writing. Please make sure that cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive your mail in writing. The cancellation policy that would be applicable is written on the side.
Note:- The cancellation date will be counted from the next day when we receive the cancellation request by mail after office hours. Also, the tour start date will not be counted when we calculate the cancellation charges

30 days prior to arrival - 10% of the tour cost.

15 days to 29 days prior to arrival - 30% of the tour cost. (excluding Gypsy Safari Cost)

07 days to 14 days prior to arrival - 40 % of the tour cost. (excluding Gypsy Safari Cost)

02 days to 06 days prior to arrival - 50% of the tour cost. (excluding Gypsy Safari Cost)

Less than 48 hours or no show - NO REFUND.

3 to 1 day before the date of the excursion - 100% of the safari amount

15 to 4 days before the date of excursion - 80% of the safari amount

59 to 16 days before the date of excursion - 50% of the safari amount

120 to 60 days before the date of excursion - 100% of the safari amount
Note: If a cancellation request is made prior to the issuance of the permit, a deduction of 20% of the booking amount will be applied.
Important Information and Terms

If you are booking for 3 persons, we will provide 1 room with an extra mattress. This is a standard arrangement used by most hotels near Tadoba.

Sometimes, the government rules or hotel policies are changed, and it affects the prices of taxes, safari permits, or other charges. If there are any such changes before your travel date, we will inform you by email or phone as soon as possible.

We always try our best to confirm your safari booking in advance. However, in rare cases, due to technical errors or unavailability of seats, your safari may not get booked. If this happens, we will refund your full safari amount directly to your bank account. You will be informed about it immediately.

During peak seasons and holidays like Holi, Diwali, Christmas, New Year, or weekends, the hotels have different cancellation policies. If you book during these times, we will clearly inform you about it in advance.

Our Liabilities and Limitations: Please note that after you finalize the tour/service cost, and in case there are any hikes in permit fees of safaris/museums, taxes, fuel costs, or guide charges decided by the Government of India, the same would be charged as extra.

Whenever you make a booking, kindly wait for a minimum of 24 hours for confirmation of your booking. When we make your safari booking then the permit and vouchers will be sent to you on contact or email given by you.

Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels, closure of / entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we will not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this.

In case of dispute, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
