1. Mahakali Temple
This is a Hindu temple which is in Chandrapur, around 30 km from the wild and famous Tadoba National Park. This temple was built by Dhundya Ram Sah who was the Tribal King of the Gond Dynasty around the 16th century. This is a famous spot among devotees and this temple has 2 entrance gates. On both entrance gates, there are small stores with puja goods like coconut, flowers, and linen. A lot of devotees come to this temple every day, especially on Tuesdays. People call this temple an icon of the city and the main deity in this temple is Mahakali Mata. The Anandvan Ashram is located in Warora which is around 55km from the Tadoba National Park. It’s a nice nearby attraction of Tadoba which draws people from all over the World because it is a community rehabilitation center for patients suffering from leprosy. This spot was founded in 1951 by a social activist named Baba Amte. Here, you can listen to the inspiring stories of social welfare.
