Tadoba National Park has a huge area of 625.4 sq. km and in that area, there are around 23 gates. There are two categories of safari gates - Core Gates and Buffer Gates. You can enjoy a safari in this park but first, you have to make a Tadoba online safari booking. You can make a booking according to the zones of this park. It has 4 zones in total, named - Moharli Zone, Kolara Zone, Navegaon Zone, and Pangadi & Zari Zone. These zones of the park have core and buffer gates. The Entry Gates of the Core Zone of Tadoba
The core zone is the inner or you can say the main area of the park. The core areas offer maximum changes in wildlife sightings. These areas are strictly protected by the forest department and little human activity is allowed here.

Moharli Gate: The first and most preferred Entry Gates in Tadoba of Tadoba National Park is the Moharli Gate; it serves as the gate to the Moharli core area of the park. It is 160 kilometers from the city of Nagpur. In total, 36 gypsy safaris are available; one can access 18 safaris in each shift.

2. Kolara Gate: Kolara Gate gives access to the Kolara core zone and allows 36 tiger safaris divided by 18 in each shift. This zone is around 104 km from Nagpur airport.

3. Khutwanda Gate: This gate is the entry point of the Moharli core zone of the park and is around 138 km from Nagpur airport. 12 tiger safaris are provided to the tourists regularly from this gate; 6 each in morning and evening shifts.

4. Navegaon Gate: This gate is also around 106 km from Nagpur. It gives access to the Navegaon core zone and in total 36 safaris are allowed to enter this zone. 18 safaris in the morning shift and 18 safaris in the evening shift.

5. Zari Gate: This entry gate is 190 km from Nagpur and it is the entry gate to the Pangadi-zari core zone of Tadoba. 36 safaris are conducted in this zone; 18 each in morning and evening shifts.

6. Pangadi Gate: This zone is around 145 km from Nagpur and it is the entry gate to the Pangadi-zari core zone of Tadoba National Park. 36 safaris are conducted in this zone; 18 each in morning and evening shifts.
The Entry Gates of the Buffer Zone of Tadoba

Agarzari Gate: This is a buffer gate of this park and is interconnected with many ranges of Tadoba. The entrance is 20 km away from the sub-district headquarters in Chandrapur.

Devada Gate: Bird lovers will find this safari gate in Tadoba very attractive. They will find this buffer gate of Moharli zone as one of the refreshing gates as they can hear the noise and chirping of different types of birds nestling in the trees of the zone.

Junona Gate: Being an amalgamation of the buffer and core area of the Moharli zone, through this gate, the tourists can get the excitement of watching the wild animals and birds that come here for migration and stay for three to four months until the weather changes.
