Step 1: First, open your web browser (like Chrome or Safari) on your phone or computer and visit the website www.tadobapark.com. This is the website from which you can make an Online Tadoba Safari Booking for permits.
Step 2: Once you're on the homepage, read the information that is there on the website, like about the safari, hotels, tour packages, best time to visit, about the park, etc. Then look for another page that says “Safari Booking”. Click on that, and on the top, you’ll see a booking form. In that form, you have to fill in the following details:

Select Date: the calendar to choose the date you want to go on the safari.

Choose Safari Type: Select the type of safari you want (Gypsy Safari is available).

Choose Safari Zone: Pick the preferred safari zone like Moharli, Kolara, Navegaon, etc.

Select Timing: Choose either the Morning or Evening safari slot.

Enter Your Name: Write the name of the person making the booking.

Enter Mobile Number: Provide a valid mobile number for communication and to send the permit

Enter Email ID: Type in your email address where you will receive the permit and other details.
At last, click on the book now button.
Step 3: A new page will open, and on this page, you have to first fill in the personal details of the main booking person (the one who is booking for the group). This will include already added details, and you have to provide others like:

Select Your State: Use the dropdown list to choose your home state.

Enter Full Address: Write your complete residential address (house no., street, city, district, pin code).
Make sure this information is correct because it will be used in the permit record.
Step 4: Now you have to enter the details of the people who will go on the safari with you. You can book for a maximum of 6 members in one permit. For each person, you have to fill in information like:

Full Name

Age

Gender

Nationality

Select an ID Proof: Choose from options like Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Driving License, Passport, Voter ID, or any Government-issued ID.

Enter the ID Number: Write the number mentioned on the selected ID.
Fill in these details carefully for all group members, including yourself (if you’re going to be one of the passengers). Make sure the ID numbers are correct and match the original ID card that you have to show in person at the entry gate.
Step 5: After entering all the details, just check them one more time to be sure that they are correct. Read the declaration and terms and conditions, etc.
Step 6: You will now see a small checkbox at the bottom of the page that says: “I have read all the terms and conditions mentioned and agree to them.”
Tick this box to confirm that you have read and agreed to the rules. Without ticking this box, you will not be able to continue to the payment section.
Step 7: You will be able to see the total payable amount on the screen. This amount depends on:

The number of people going on the safari

The type of safari you have selected (Gypsy or Canter)

The safari zone and time slot
Go through the amount carefully and make sure you’re okay with the price before proceeding.
Step 8: Click on “Make Payment,” and you will be redirected to a secure payment gateway. Use any payment method like debit card, credit card, UPI, or net banking to complete the transaction. After successful payment, the booking process is complete.
Your Permit will be sent to your registered email ID and mobile number.
