Day wise Itinerary

Day 1 : Nagpur Arrival & Transfer to Tadoba

When you arrive at Nagpur Station, our representative will greet you and he will guide you to reach your pre-booked hotel or resort. He will also give you information that how your Tadoba Holiday tour is going to be. When you reach the hotel, you will be required to check in so that you can go to your room for relaxation. After some time, you can have lunch and then you can just relax in the natural surroundings of the resort. You can just also go to the small village of Tadoba and enjoy a great time there. Then, after a tiring day, you can relax in your comfortable rooms and get ready to go for your safari ride the next day.

Day 2 : Enjoy Gypsy Safari Ride in TATR

With a morning cup of tea or coffee, you can start a fresh day in the natural surroundings of Tadoba. Then, get ready to enjoy a thrilling gypsy safari, which will take you to the inner core of the jungle where you can spot tigers. This park is the best one to spot tigers and if you’re lucky then you can spot a lot. Along with tigers, you can see a wide species of migratory and resident birds along with other wildlife in their natural habitat around the jungle. Guests can end the second day of their Tadoba Tour Package by going to nearby spots in this area and watching the beautiful sunset. Finally, have a delicious dinner at your lodge and rest for the day.

Day 3 : Exploration & Relaxation

Wake up according to your preference. If you wake up early then you can go to the nearby temples of the park and take blessings for your onward destination. If you choose to wake up late then you can just have a relaxing time. Take it easy and enjoy a fresh cup of tea or coffee. Then pack your belongings and have breakfast before checking out from the resort. Take care to be on time because you don’t wanna miss your train or airplane right?

Policy Regarding Cancellation/ No Show / Early Departure

Please inform us in writing if you need to cancel or postpone your tour/travel for unavoidable reasons. Please note that cancellation charges will apply when we receive your written notification. The following cancellation policy will be enforced:

  • 30 days prior to arrival: 10% of the tour cost..
  • 15 to 29 days prior to arrival: 30% of the tour cost.
  • 7 to 14 days prior to arrival: 40% of the tour cost..
  • 2 to 6 days prior to arrival: 50% of the tour cost..
  • Less than 48 hours or no show: No refund..
  • Gypsy Safari & Canter Safari fees are non-refundable..
  • For bookings with 3 persons, 1 room with 1 extra mattress will be provided..
  • Any changes in government taxes, hotel charges, safari fees, etc., will be communicated via email or phone before the travel date..
  • Note: If your safari is not booked due to a technical error or unavailability of seats, we will refund the full amount to your bank account..
  • Peak season bookings (Holi, Diwali, Christmas & New Year) have separate cancellation policies, which will be communicated as needed..
  • Our Liabilities and Limitations: Any increases in permit fees, taxes, fuel costs, or guide charges by the Government of India will be charged separately..
  • Force Majeure events, strikes, festivals, weather conditions, overbooking of hotels, or entry restrictions at visitation sites may occur. While we will try to arrange suitable alternatives, we are not liable for refunds or compensation claims arising from these situations..
  • Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi..

    • Note: If your safari is not booked due to a technical error or unavailability of seats, we will refund the full amount to your bank account.

  • Travelers can secure their booking by paying a 50% advance, with the remaining 50% settled upon arrival or at the start of the tour..

  • Alternatively, travelers can enjoy additional discount benefits by paying the full 100% amount to confirm the booking..

  • Travelers are responsible for paying all statutory taxes, surcharges, and fees as applicable..
